PRESIDENT BONGBONG MARCOS SIGNED 2 RA ( NIR Act and RPVARA )

The provinces of Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental, and Siquijor will now be under one administrative region after President Bongbong Marcos Jr. signed Republic Act (RA) No. 12000 or the Negros Island Region (NIR) Act on Thursday, June 13.

He also signed the Real Property Valuation and Assessment Reform Act (RPVARA). It aims to modernized the Real Property Valuation system in order to have a good collection of tax so that it can helps more Filipino.
