We are one with the nation in mourning of the passing of former Manila Mayor and a Senator Alfredo Lim. He was born on December 21, 1929 and died on August 08, 2020. He was 90 years old.
Former Mayor Lim was a distinguished police officer earning numerous commendations and awards. He retired as a Major General.
He was a member of the 13th Congress Senate and elected twice as a Mayor of the City of Manila from 1992 to 1998 and from 2007 to 2013, respectively.

His strong policies against criminality earned him the nickname "Dirty Harry of Manila".
Through the years as a public servant, He has show compassion and exemplary service to the public.
