Azuela Cove soon to rise in a 25-hectare property in Davao City

Ayala Land Inc. plans to launch a master-planned community in Lanang, Davao City.  The Azuela Cove project would rise in a 25-hectare property, a former wood factory owned by Alcantara Group (Alsons) in Davao City.  Ayala Land signed a jva with the Alcantara group to develop the property. The joint venture partners plan to develop the property in phases. About 2,000 residential condominium units and 7,000 square meters of leasable retail space will form the heart of the development.

Inauguration of the 4th satellite branch of Davao Central 911 in Cabantian



This is the first-ever integrated public safety complex in Davao City.

The Alsons company inaugurates the Public Safety  Complex that features a 2-storey Central 911 station with an infirmary and standby ambulance; a 1-storey Police Station with 2 detention cells; and a 2-storey Fire Station with 2 standby fire trucks. Located in Northtown, Cabantian, Davao City.

The Alsons Development and Investment Corporation is a Davao homegrown real estate developer that has business branches throughout the country.

The 2000 sq.m. facility donated by Alsons was formally turned over today to the City Government of Davao. The ceremony was headed by the Alsons group big boss, incoming Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte, Central 911 executive and staff, PNP Head personnel and w/ the various group of citizens from Davao City.

The Public Safety Complex will serves the areas of Cabantian, Indangan, Acacia, Tigatto, and other barangays in the Buhangin District, one of the most populous areas in Davao City. The nearby communities will no longer have to rely on the Central 911 station in other place in Davao and it is expected to have a quick response in time of emergency.
