Azuela Cove soon to rise in a 25-hectare property in Davao City

Ayala Land Inc. plans to launch a master-planned community in Lanang, Davao City.  The Azuela Cove project would rise in a 25-hectare property, a former wood factory owned by Alcantara Group (Alsons) in Davao City.  Ayala Land signed a jva with the Alcantara group to develop the property. The joint venture partners plan to develop the property in phases. About 2,000 residential condominium units and 7,000 square meters of leasable retail space will form the heart of the development.

A new wave surfaces, emerging with fresh new sights on the shores of Davao gulf. Azuela Cove is a joint venture project of Ayala Land Inc. (ALI) and the Alcantara Group (AG) in Lanang, Davao City.
