The four kidnap victims from Holiday Oceanview Resort in the Island Garden City of Samal seemed to be now in the hands of the Abu Sayyaf Group in Sulu.
In the video, the 3 foreigners appealed for Philippine authorities to halt military assaults against the gunmen. Hall was first to speak in the video by saying that he is okay but in grave danger.
