OVP Strengthens Grassroots Access Through Nationwide Satellite Offices
Mandaluyong City, Philippines - March 2, 2026, The Office of the Vice President of the Philippines (OVP) continues to enhance public service delivery through the establishment of satellite offices strategically located across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
Operational since 2022, these field offices were set up to improve coordination with local government units, civil society partners, and community organizations, while accelerating the implementation of the OVP’s programs and assistance initiatives. The satellite offices cover key areas such as the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao, Caraga, Southern and Western Mindanao, Cebu City, Eastern Visayas, Panay and Negros islands, as well as the Bicol Region, Cagayan Valley, Pangasinan, and Tondo in Metro Manila.
By expanding its physical presence beyond the central office, the OVP aims to bring government services closer to underserved sectors, ensure quicker response to local concerns, and strengthen institutional partnerships at the regional level.
The initiative reflects the OVP’s ongoing commitment to making its programs more responsive, inclusive, and accessible to Filipinos nationwide.
