Rising Young Lawmakers Forge Alliance for Policy Innovation and Good Governance

Four of the House of Representatives’ rising young leaders—Reps. Andrew Julian K. Romualdez (Tingog Party-list), Javier Miguel L. Benitez (Negros Occidental), Ryan S. Recto (Batangas), and Brian Poe-Llamanzares (FPJ Panday Bayanihan Party-list)—recently convened for a productive exchange of ideas on policymaking, public service, and good governance.

The meeting served as a platform for the neophyte lawmakers to collaborate on forward-thinking legislative strategies and strengthen their shared commitment to progressive and inclusive leadership.

As new voices in Congress, the four representatives aim to bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to address pressing national issues while ensuring that public service remains responsive and people-centered.
