— South Grove is a high-end residential subdivision located along Quiampo Boulevard, Davao City. It is in the southside of the city and very near in SM City Davao - Ecoland. This property is owned by Mr. John Gaisano (owner of Gaisano Mall in the Philippines) and a joint venture with Sta. Lucia Land Inc.
The Ground Breaking was attended by Mr. John Gaisano together with his wife Atty. Joy Gaisano and their son, and with the Sta. Lucia President and CEO Exzekiel Robles with OPMC President Mr. Eduardo Tirona, and with the Mutya ng Davao 2011 Ms Irene Lascuña.
