CABANTIAN, Davao City

— Business Districts nowadays grows outside the old Central Business District in the downtown Davao City. One of them is the Cabantian Central Business District (Cabantian CBD) in the progressive  Barangay Cabantian in the northside of this city.

As the real estate  development grows rapidly in Davao City, there are also a lot of business establishment sprawling  like mushroom everywhere in the metropolis of Davao. In Cabantian area alone, there are more housing development constructed, from low-cost-to-high-end type of subdivision. The area has become densely populated.
